Creating a network to facilitate the access to the labor market for people with disabilities. An innovative project that arises from the collaboration of LABORA and CERMI CV (the Driving Group of the Committee of Entities Representatives of People with Disabilities of the Valencian Community) in which we have had the pleasure to collaborate.
A pilot initiative that required an evocative and identifying image. Simple, unified with the formative programs of the Valencien Employment and Formative Service, but identifiable as a step for the future. Hence, the use of white and red, the integration of the logo’s letter in the background mesh, and the extremely simple levels by structures. A challenge to put a face to the work of hundreds of professionals who work in a personalized way to develop Individualized Work Developments Plans that adapt to the skills of each applicant.
