A new temple for foodies in Valencia

Gastronomy lovers have a new space to enjoy: Juan de Juanes, a new restaurant of purist cuisine in Moorish oven and medieval style to preserve the essence of the product. This cuisine was predestined for both the name by which Vicente Juan Macip, Spanish painter of the Renaissance, is known, and for its location in the homonymous street.

Juan de Juanes was able to create his own style and iconographic types that were repeated by his followers. Now, the oven that will be directed by Evelio Mayor aims to become a regular stop for the meat eaters and the “foodies” who love innovative cuisine with roots.

Rafael Hernani’s aesthetically consecrated space has Ana Yago’s image and corporatism (Sanserif.es), guaranteeing that pleasure transcends the sense of taste and is completed with the visual and even the tactile ones.
