Designed by <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanserif.es\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\">Sanserif Creatius<\/span><\/a><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif;\"> and made by the Castell\u00f3n-based artisans Deferro. It is inspired by the folkloric references associated with Spain that have the greatest impact in international markets, to bring the technical capacity of Spanish creators and artisans to new countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sanserif.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/13prsanserif-kushi2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6068\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6068\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sanserif.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/13prsanserif-kushi2.jpg\" alt=\"13prSanserif-Kushi2\" width=\"430\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sanserif.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/13prsanserif-kushi2.jpg 430w, https:\/\/www.sanserif.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/13prsanserif-kushi2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sanserif.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/13prsanserif-kushi2-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.sanserif.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/13prsanserif-kushi2-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 430px) 100vw, 430px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The team led by the designer Ana Yago opted to turn a feminine hair ornament -the comb- into an iconic seat with strong Spanish roots and which will incorporate different production techniques to demonstrate the versatility and quality of local artisans. In fact, Kushi chair &#8211; the comb chair &#8211; is an evolution of the convex body and the set of pins that fit over the bun that make up a comb, but adapted to the functional forms of a contemporary seat in which aesthetics and comfort are paramount. The comb chair, made of wrought iron, has 5 legs &#8211; 3 at the back and two at the front &#8211; whose arrangement balances and reinforces the stability of the seat, while maintaining the configuration of the complements that were formerly made of tortoiseshell from the shells of tortoiseshells.
