Global gastronomy

The locals of restoration have an indefinite life cycle marked by the public tastes, but also by the personality of the culinary offer and the space. For this reason, we love to see Mon Valencia Restaurant is still alive, although its front is now occupied by a trattoria, and of the three autonomous spaces and its terrace there are only two. Almost a decade has been now and it is still as contemporaneous as the first time when we draw its walls with skylines of the major capitals of the world. An eclectic local and open to the world, like the city that hosted its destiny: Valencia.
