Desk of pacts

Desk of pacts

Once all provinces are conquered, without the absolute majority, the pacts’ period begins. In decreasing order from the amount of seats, the candidate asks other player chosen by him/her to pact. Both of them roll the dice and…

Option 1: the player asked to be in the “desk of pacts” has more points; he/she rejects the pact.

Option 2: the player asked to be in the “desk of pacts” has the same points as the candidate; he/ she abstains from the pact and loses one “Tarjeta Escaños” in a blind draw.

Option 3: the player asked to be in the “desk of pacts” has fewer points; he/ she loses the TARJETA CONGRESO card.

This is repeated in this order until one player obtains a coalition of 176 seats or more.

If two players draw with the same options, this would be solved with a commission of inquiry, showing all their cards.
